For many years now, Jakob Straub (born 1975) has been taking photographs of the interiors of domes in churches and secular buildings in Rome using a medium-format analogue camera. This publication presents 36 sacred rotundas, symbols of perfection and impermanence, on a 50-foot-long accordion fold.
