In her Silence series, Mexican photographer and architect Gabriela Torres Ruiz (born 1970) juxtaposes landscape motifs and interiors in diptychs and triptychs. The decay of buildings alongside enchanted alpine and forest landscapes evoke the interplay between architecture and nature.
