Published by SKIRA.
Text by Christina Lodder, Marta Smolinska, Post Brothers.

Stanislaw Fijalkowski (1922–2020) had a direct connection to the origins of the European avant-garde; he was an assistant of Wladyslaw Strzeminski, who in turn had studied under Kazimir Malevich. A lifelong student of the spiritual in art, his compositions convey an aura of meditative mystery, even when rendered in black and white.
