Complementing his multicity project Bodies in Urban Spaces, Urban Drifting documents Austrian artist Willi Dorner’s (born 1959) dance-oriented guides through urban environments. Described as “a moving trail for a group of dancers,” the performance explores public and semipublic spaces in over 100 cities around the world.

Viennese choreographer Willi Dorner's Bodies in Urban Space takes us on a walk through the urban landscape. Along routes choreographed by Dorner, a troupe of local dancers and acrobats moves through downtown areas of cities worldwide, intertwining and stacking their bodies in doorways or above architraves, on landings or park benches.
