Austrian painter Gunter Damisch (1958-2016) is admired for his colorful abstract paintings, teeming with rhizome-like forms. Herzort und Augfeld gathers previously unpublished photographs by Damisch, documenting his daily life—the surrounding landscape, his wife and friends, and his work.
